Any recommendations for vegan food in Nottingham UK?

Another request for further information!

I am planning a trip to Nottingham (in the UK – just to confirm as I know I have a lot of international followers) at the end of this month and whilst I have had a look at what vegan food is on offer here, there are so many options I would love to get any recommendations!

If you also know any cool things to do please also let me know. I will be there for 2 days, so have time each day to fun activities, but again if there is anything in particular in Nottingham that I need to see or experience, please do let me know.

Please leave any and all recommendations in the comments – I am in the process of making a spreadsheet for reference, so want to add as much as possible!
