How do you manage screen time for yourself?

Terribly.

I spend at least 8-9 hours of the work day stating at The Bad Screen (my work computer). This one is completely unavoidable, and I absolutely cannot stop this, no matter how much I may want to some days!

I will then spend most of the evening on The Good Screen (the TV) whilst also playing on The Needed Screen (my phone/tablet).

I use my tablet for a lot of my personal projects – my digital planner is on there, my journal, and my writing projects – so it isn’t really possible for me to avoid using it. I don’t use it all the time, but even if just to check in with my tasks every morning, I do use it every day.

I am quite lucky in that I probably could leave my phone in another room and not miss anything. But one of my big hobbied is gaming, so I need to use the Good Screen as one of my key ways to unwind and switch off from my work day.
