I hope you can celebrate this day however it is you want to, and that the holiday is a fun and refreshing welcome for the winter months.
I like to spend Halloween reconnecting with the dead, and taking the day to remember the spirits of all those I have lost – both human and animal. I am not a religious person, nor would I say I am spiritual in any traditional sense of the word, but Halloween has always been my favourite celebration and I plan to spend today remembering loved ones that have passed on, welcomning in the cosy winter vibes, and eating my body weight in pumpkin flavoured goodies and candy.
