How do you waste the most time every day?
Doom scrolling.
Sometimes a little doom scroll is needed after a work day, where I don’t want to have to think for just 5 minutes to relax a little bit. But there are times where 5 minutes turns into 30 minutes (if not longer) and that is always quite a jarring realisation.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who can get stuck in this cycle? And does anyone have any tips for ways to monitor this behaviour?
