I took a day trip to one of the cities close to me which has a lovely park and lake that is home to some truly beautiful waterfowl. Such as this beautiful family of Egyptian Geese. Mum and Dad were stood by watching very closely as their incredible cute and very fluffy goslings had a little feed in a small pool of water along the edge of the lake itself.
This was very close to the main residential path, so I was very worried that I was going to be rushed by the parents if I tried to walk past, but luckily the path was wide enough that I and other pedestrians could walk past and not interrupt the little family. Although I am aware that they watched us all very closely to make sure none of us got too close to their goslings.
But these were some insanely fluffy little goslings and I could not resist taking a few pictures. I have also never seen these types of geese before, so that was also very exciting to see, especially as they all seemed quite comfortable with lots of people walking by, provided that we all of course kept a respectable distance.
