There are quite a few empty fields in my area, and during one of my walks through them, I found cows! I think part of the field backs onto a nearby farm so the cows seem to have free reign of the whole place.
Whilst it is nice to see cows out and about – because cows are just such cuties! – it did remind me that these ladies are the outlier. I like to think that even though these cows are one day going to slaughter, at least they have had a life with open air and wide fields to graze in.
Do you think I could convince one to ‘accidentally’ follow me home?
