I finally found it! So far I have only been able to find it in Sainsbury’s, but my hope is that it will soon spread wider and become more widely available.
As expected, you cannot tell the difference between the vegan version and the dairy version. This chocolate spread is rich and creamy, and has a very soft hazelnut flavour to it. Of course, it can get very sickly, but then that is the whole reason we eat Nutella to begin with. I am personally enjoying it with my morning oats for that little chocolate kick, but I could also just eat this by the spoonful. You have been warned of its moreish-ness!
The jar is currently in Sainsbury’s for £4 which I think is quite a standard price for Nutella. It is a big brand name so it comes with that price tag. I reckon this jar will last me at least a month, especially if I am only having a spoonful with oats most days, so for me the £4 price tag evens out.
