Now I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I used to LOVE Bounty Bars. For those who don’t know what a Bounty bar is, a Bounty is a coconut-filled, chocolate-covered candy bar manufactured by the Mars confectionary company. Now in the UK, these are not very popular chocolate bars, and yet I was one of the few people who loved these bars.
I have had a craving for these for about the last year. I tried to make my own but it went terribly wrong and I just ended up making a mess. I have seen rumours for ages now that a vegan version will soon be available, but I have yet to see this actually become a reality.
If anyone has an easy to follow recipe I would greatly appreciate it! Or if you know any company that sells something similar, I would also love to hear about this…I may get desperate soon!
