When I am with animals.
The absolute peak happiness, is when I am in my own home, watching a comfort movie or TV show/playing a video game with my husband, with a blanket on my lap and a big cup of tea in my hand, and my beloved companion animals around me. Extra bonus happiness points if one of those companion animals is curled up in my lap fast asleep.
