How am I meant to name only a few of them??? I obviously love every single animal that exists, but just for a bit of fun, I will list a few of my favourites with some brief reasons as to why.
In no particular order:
Great white sharks: Ok, all sharks in general really. I just find them so fascinating, I think because they absolutely terrify me. I saw Jaws when I was about 10 and I still hate taking a bath for fear that a shark will eat me in my bathtub. But this has also sparked a desire to know as much as possible about them and I just think they are so misunderstood and so under researched.
Red pandas: They look like living teddy bears, and whilst I know that they could still claw my face off with their sharp claws, I would still take that risk if I ever got the chance to meet one. Needless to say, if I am to die, it will most likely because I tried to hug an animal that absolutely did not want to be hugged. It is probably my most toxic trait.
Rabbits: For obvious reasons.
Pigs: They are so intelligent and yet we as a society constantly mistreat them without regard to their intelligence. They are also a highly resilient animal and I wish I could have a whole sanctuary just to hang out with pigs all day.
Cows: They are basically dog brains in horse bodies. Have you ever seen a happy cow playing with a ball?? Endless puppy vibes. And yet again we as a society horribly mistreat them and exploit them even though they are so similar to dogs, a species that we put on a pedestal.
Moths: The underdogs of the flying world, but they come in such beautiful colours and with so many stunning patterns in the same way as butterflies, and yet you never see the same amount of love for moths as you do for butterflies. Plus, they are fluffy.
