I am currently training for a half marathon and so am experimenting with the best fuel options. I am also set to run a marathon at the end of the year too so hoping that if I sort my feuling during this half marathon, I can think about it less during the full marathon.
I hvae been using the SIS electroylte tablets, which so far are pretty good but taste fatigue is setting in. Would like some new flavours or new products to use that could help. I have been using the High5 gels, which so far are pretty good, but I realised that their electrolyte tablets aren’t suitable for vegans.
So for those of you who run a lot or exercise a lot, do you have any recommendations? I’ve done some research so kno there are loads of options out there, but I would rather trust your recomendations to see which ones are worth it and which ones are best avoided.
