Finally, a vegan version of a non-vegan staple. I remember Muller corners being one of the best snacks out there, especially the various flavours of the crunchy balls that they had on offer. This has always been one of my wishlist products as, in all honesty, the vegan yoghurt market is really quite slim. I think fruit flavoured yoghurts were only released in the last year or so and even then, there’s maybe 2 flavours.

So it pains me to say how disappointing this was. It doesn’t taste bad, it just doesn’t taste of anything. The yoghurt is…yoghurty? I would say it tastes like vanilla but even that seems a reach. It’s very, very plain. The packet says it is made with coconut but I didn’t even taste coconut. So that’s a bit of a shame. The chocolate balls are the same satisfying crunch that I remember from the non-vegan versions, but again they don’t actually taste of anything. They aren’t sweet, as you would expect with chocolate, and they don’t have any other taste other than…rice balls? So I can’t really comment on how I found it because it did not taste of anything at all. Which is almost worse than tasting bad.

It is also quite expensive, especially when you factor in the lack, of flavour. This was £2 at my local tesco, and…it wasn’t worth it. I could have bought a big tub of just plain soya yoghurt for £1.50 and that would have been more enjoyable. So maybe if you see it and want to try it, by all means you can, but it isn’t cheap and didn’t taste of anything, let alone anything to justify the high cost.
