Plant Pioneers no chicken samosas

I find samosas to be a really hard thing to get right. I’ve found that the only good ones are the freshly made ones, as they just don’t seem to be the type of food that travels or stays fresh for very long.

I decided to try these because I had a real craving and no where around me delivers. As I said before, samosas seem so hard to get right so I didn’t have too many expectations for them.

These were pretty bad. They were so greasy….like there was an actual pool of grease on the baking tray when they came out of the oven. They also, somehow, didn’t taste of anything. There was so much pastry and there was little to no filling, and with the amount of grease that came from them I have no idea why there was zero taste. It was like chewing greasy air.

There isn’t much else to say about these. They really were bad. But in their defence, I have never had a pre-packaged samosa that actually tastes nice, so maybe it’s just not meant to be.

Overall: 0/10. Fresh or nothing with these.
